      • Return Authorization: Our customer service team will respond promptly, providing you with a return authorization number and specific instructions for the return process.
  2. Return Shipping
    • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
    • For eligible returns, we recommend using a courier service that offers tracking, as we cannot be responsible for lost items during the return shipment.
  3. Return Process
    • Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Using the original packaging is highly recommended.
    • Shipping: Choose a reliable courier service that provides tracking. Keep the tracking information until your return is processed.
    • Return Address: Send the returned items to the address provided in your return authorization email.
